Fantastic accommodation, location and staff.

Having stayed at your beautiful accommodation previously we knew what high standards you had and again you didn’t disappoint us. May I also add that as well as your excellent accommodation, the staff are brilliant, I chatted many times to the very polite and well educated Nicolas on reception about all sorts of topics, our cleaner was the happiest and most polite lady we could ever meet sorry I forgot her name and the maintenance man was also a polite man. When we return next year I will request bungalow 18 where we previously stayed because although No 33 was excellent it was a little too noisy at times. Excellent accommodation, location and staff, keep up the good work

Great self catering accomodation in amazing location

The 2 bedroom bungalow we had was well maintained and spotlessly cleaned and had everything needed for a self catering stay . The location really cannot be beaten our bungalow looked out to the beach the terrace was amazing. It was also a short stroll to the two pools and the complex is right in the middle of PDC but is lovely and quiet. We will definitely be back

3rd visit and won’t be out last to Velazquez

Another fantastic stay in July. Having stayed in Puerto del Carmen for over 25yrs in many different apartments we have started at bungalows Velazquez for the last 3 summers. The 2 very spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartments are perfect for our family as the boys are older now. The rooms, kitchen and balcony are all well equipped and very well maintained. We love the pool area and having the sea on our apartment doorstep is fantastic. Very central on the strip to all the bars and restaurants but the apartments are very quiet during the day and at night. Highly highly recommended

Another great stay!

This was a 4th stay all in different rooms & we are going back in December, so I think that says it all. Great location for us but not good if you have accessibility issues as quite a lot of steps We have been lucky enough to have a seaview on a couple of occasions and lovely views to just unwind to and just listen to the sea.

Picturesque and Peacefull

Myself and my wife stayed here in June 2024, having previously stayed in Dec 2023. The location, cleanliness, views and staff were exceptional, we stayed in bungalow # 27 which was thoroughly cleaned every day by the staff. There is a lovely terrace which has table, chairs, retractable overhead canopy and sun lounger, with access to garden area and beach. All rooms have their individual air con unit and come with all required appliances including washing machine, which came in very handy. The complex has two lovely pool areas, one for kids and another for adults, we didn’t use these as were quite happy to lounge on terrace and gardens. Would have no hesitation b in recommending this accommodation and will definitely be returning again. 10 out of 10!
